In 2002, Shirley and her daughter, Kishia Saffold, expanded their vision by opening a second Teenie Tiny Tots location, which is operational 24/7. This innovative daycare model emerged from Kishia’s firsthand experiences as a single parent navigating both positive and negative encounters with childcare providers. Upon Shirley’s retirement, Kishia assumed ownership. ‌
